VC OPERATIONS FIRM STRUT CONSULTING PROMOTES NICOLE FULLER TO CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
San Francisco, CA, December 21st, 2022 — Strut Consulting, the premier venture capital operations consulting firm, is excited to announce the promotion of Nicole Fuller to the position of Chief Operating Officer. In this new role, Nicole will be responsible for driving Strut’s continued momentum, enhancing and expanding client offerings and educational programming for fund managers in the months ahead, as well as building Strut’s internal team, which has grown to over 10 experts in the last two years.
Since first joining the company in February 2021, Nicole has been a critical centerpiece, driving the firm’s explosive growth from just five to over 30 clients in every core U.S. geography, as well as Europe and Asia. She has also been instrumental in developing and delivering Strut’s client service offerings to support both emerging and established managers. Nicole also curates Strut’s ongoing VC Fund Operations Bootcamp, aimed to help new fund managers navigate the operational complexities of starting a first-time fund and set them up for long-term success.

Nicole Fuller brings a wealth of experience in the alternative asset industry and client service space to Strut. Throughout her career, she’s supported hundreds of asset managers to set up the operational foundation of their firms and successfully launch their funds. Prior to joining Strut, Nicole spent nearly four years helping grow and scale Aduro Advisors, a strategic financial services firm for venture capital and private equity. While at Aduro, she led client relations and business development during the firm’s largest and most rapid periods of growth, setting it on the path to becoming one of the largest VC Fund Administrators in the U.S. today. Prior to Aduro, Nicole supported a close family friend as he scaled multiple businesses on the Hedge Fund side: Coronado Investments (a boutique marketing firm), HedgeAssist (a due diligence firm), and Alpha Alternatives (a Fund Administration firm recently acquired by Standish Management).
